The Stables is built in the same way as a traditional cottage. There are two double bedrooms with high quality Sealy posture beds and lovely white bedding with goose down duvets. The front bedroom overlooks the courtyard and has a fabulous view of Helsby Hill. The bathroom has a shower and large bath. Towels are provided. The Stables has a very private rear courtyard garden with suitable patio furniture and has its own parking at the front of the property.

The living area is cosy with a brown leather comfortable sofa and 2 leather armchairs allowing you to wind down in front of the 32" Flat screen TV with Freeview. A DVD player is also available for use. A selection of DVD’s, magazines and books are also available. The separate dining area has an extendable oak table and four leather chairs, all cutlery, crockery and kitchen consumables are provided for your stay. Again the Kitchen is very comprehensively equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Oven and hob, dishwasher and washer dryer. The price includes all heating and lighting.

Ground Floor:

• Dining area with extended oak table and four brown, high-backed leather chairs
• Lounge area featuring a comfortable, brown leather sofa and two brown leather armchairs. A 32” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and supply of films. There is also a supply of magazines and books.
• Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All pans, crockery, glasses, dishes, kitchen implements and cutlery are provided. Ample supplies of Twinings tea, coffee, sugar and kitchen consumables are also included. Door leading to:

First Floor:
